This program is a 4 week long hybrid format with 3 weeks of self-paced online learning and 1 week of in-person training with our certified and experienced instructors.
Brawla™ is continuing education designed for already certified fitness professionals, including mat pilates instructors, reformer pilates instructors and group fitness instructors with 3+ years pilates experience.
This program provides a brief overview of pilates movements and primarily focuses on foundational boxing skills, boxing cardio, safety, building the Brawla™ class structure and perfecting teaching a class confidently.
The goal of the Brawla™ certification is to give instructors a new elevated movement style to add to their teaching toolkit.
